1. About us

House of Mammas is a trading name of Carmela Saccomanno, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "I"). Our business address is 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. You can contact us at [email protected].

These terms apply to everything you buy from houseofmammas.com, including online courses, digital guides and 1:1 services. By placing an order, you agree to them, so please read them carefully.

2. Our products and services

• Online courses (such as The 3–6 Month Baby Sleep Course): digital content delivered through our online platform.
• Digital guides (such as The Power of Touch): downloadable digital content.
• 1:1 services (such as the Empowerment Call, Tailored Dream Plans and Course Support Calls): personalised consultations and plans delivered by Carmela.

Our products are educational. They do not provide medical advice and are not a substitute for care from your GP, paediatrician, health visitor or other qualified healthcare professional. They are intended for healthy babies who are growing well. Always follow the safer sleep guidance from your country's health authorities.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on our website at the time of purchase, in pounds sterling (GBP), euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (Kajabi Payments and Stripe). We do not see or store your full card details.

Payment plans. Where a payment plan is offered (for example, two monthly instalments), you agree to pay every instalment. If an instalment fails, we will let you know and may pause your access until the payment is completed.

Discounts and coupons are valid only for the period and products stated, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied to past purchases.

4. Access to online courses and digital guides

• Online courses: you will get access right after your purchase, for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless the product page says otherwise.
• Digital guides: you will get access right after your purchase, ready to download and keep.
• Your access is personal to you. Please do not share your login, or copy, resell or distribute any of the content.
• We may update or improve course content from time to time. Any changes will not reduce the main content of what you bought.

5. Your right to cancel

Digital content (online courses and digital guides). Under UK consumer law, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. However, our courses and guides are digital content that is made available to you immediately. When you complete your purchase, you ask us to give you immediate access and you acknowledge that, once access begins, you lose your 14-day right to cancel. This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty (see section 7).

1:1 services. You have 14 days from your purchase to cancel a 1:1 service. If you ask us to start the service within those 14 days (for example, by booking a call or sending your questionnaire) and then cancel, we may deduct an amount proportionate to the work already done. Once a service has been fully delivered (for example, your call has taken place or your Dream Plan has been sent), you can no longer cancel it.

To cancel, simply email [email protected] with your name and order details. We will refund any amount due within 14 days, using the original payment method.

No satisfaction guarantee. Apart from your legal rights described in these terms, we do not offer refunds because you change your mind or because a product did not meet your expectations.

6. 1:1 services

• After your purchase, we will email you within two working days to arrange the next steps, such as your questionnaire and a time for your call.
• Calls take place online. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before. A call missed without notice may not be rescheduled.
• Please complete your service within 6 months of purchase.
• Our advice is based on the information you share with us. Every baby is different, so we cannot promise specific results.

7. If something goes wrong

If any digital content is faulty or not as described, please contact us and we will repair or replace it. If we cannot, you may be entitled to some or all of your money back. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Gifts

Gift purchases are paid for by the buyer and redeemed by the recipient. Gifts must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase. The cancellation rights in section 5 apply to the buyer.

9. Intellectual property

All content, including text, illustrations, videos, guides and designs, belongs to House of Mammas. You may use it for your own family's personal use. You may not copy, adapt, publish, share or sell it without our written permission.

10. Our responsibility to you

We provide our products with reasonable care and skill. Decisions about your baby's care are yours, and you should always seek medical advice if you have any concerns about your baby's health. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or that result from not following medical advice or safer sleep guidance. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

11. Your personal data

We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one shown on our website when you placed your order.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you also keep any mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live.
