Is this you, mamma?

  • Waking every hour or two at night.

  • Naps that end after 35 minutes. On. The. Dot.

  • A baby who used to sleep beautifully… and now doesn't. And you're wondering what on earth happened.

  • Feeding or rocking to sleep, again and again… and again.

  • The broken sleep is taking its toll. But traditional sleep training doesn't sit right with you, and your gut keeps telling you there must be another way.

  • You've tried all the things. Drowsy but awake, leaving the room, the “perfect” schedule… and nothing seems to stick.

  • Bracing for the “4-month regression”. You want to prevent it. (Spoiler: you can't stop your baby's sleep from maturing, but you can absolutely prepare for it!)

There isn't just one way to approach sleep.

Let me guide you, step by step, at your baby's pace, and yours.

With The Dream Transition, the method I've crafted from my work with hundreds of families, and from being a mamma myself, you can reach your goals in a way that honours your values and feels right for both you and your baby.

What's inside

  • Understand your baby's sleep: why it changes around 4 months, and every ingredient in the recipe for better sleep, for habits that last and better rest for the whole family

  • Sample days for every age, and how to adapt them to your real life, instead of trying to fit your baby into a schedule

  • The Dream Transition: my gentle, gradual approach to help your baby sleep, from your arms to their cot, feeling safe, supported and loved every step of the way

  • How to support your baby, lovingly and responsively, through every change you choose to make, giving them the space to learn, and knowing when (and how) to step in

  • Night wakings: how to tell hunger from habit and how to respond, plus how to organise and reduce night feeds when the time is right

  • Naps: when to start practising, short naps, rescue naps, a little trick to help lengthen them, and more

  • Little bumps along the way: from co-sleeping to the cot, early risers, rolling, “my baby only wants me”, sleep during teething and illness, and much more

  • Your wellbeing, mamma, because your rest matters too

BONUS
  • A faster path for older babies (5–6 months)
  • Breastfeeding through the 3–6 month stretch

Hi, I'm
Carmela

Founder of House of Mammas

Mamma of two & MA Paediatric Sleep & Health Consultant

I know first-hand what it feels like to be sleep-deprived while trying to care for your baby and manage everything else life demands.

Wanting to sleep better isn't selfish, it's a basic biological need for both your baby and for you.

I didn't want to let my baby cry either, and the whole topic felt overwhelming and emotional. But here's the good news: I made it through, and now I'm here to guide you.

Good to know

Should I choose the course or 1:1 support?

The course is built on exactly the same philosophy and approach I use in my 1:1 Dream Plans. The difference is who puts the plan together. In a Dream Plan, I get to know your baby and your family, and I write the plan for you. In the course, you get all the knowledge and tools to do it yourself: you choose your starting point, you decide how to apply each step, and you move at your baby's pace.

And if you'd like a little extra reassurance along the way, you can add a 25-minute call with me at a special price, just for course mammas.

How is this different from traditional sleep training?

Traditional sleep training usually means leaving your baby to cry, alone or with timed check-ins, until they fall asleep, often alongside a fixed schedule. There's no judgement here: many families choose it. The Dream Transition is simply a different path. You stay with your baby and keep responding, and we move from more support to less, one small step at a time, at your baby's pace. No cry it out, no timers, no rigid schedules.

Will I have to give up contact naps, night feeds or breastfeeding?

Not at all. Contact naps are always welcome, we never take away night feeds your baby still needs, and you don't have to stop breastfeeding either. This approach doesn't ask you to give up the closeness. It simply gives your baby the chance to do a little more on their own, when you're both ready.

Will my baby learn to fall asleep completely on their own?

In my experience, most babies get there. But I won't promise you two magic nights, because every baby is unique: temperament, age, stage and practice all play a part. And it may not even be your goal. Maybe what you're looking for is longer, less interrupted sleep, and you're happy to stay nearby for a little longer, or even keep sharing a room. You decide where you're happy to land.

My baby is nearly 6 months. Is it too late?

Not at all, it's never too late! The course works beautifully for babies around 6 months, and it also includes a whole bonus for 5–6 month babies: a faster path that's still gentle and responsive, which some of the families I work with prefer.

My baby was born early. Is the course still for me?

Yes. Just use their corrected age.

How do I access the course?

Right after your purchase you'll get an email with your login. Everything is online, so you can read it on your phone, tablet or laptop, at your own pace. You'll have access for 12 months, so you can come back to it whenever you need.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes! At checkout you can choose to pay in full or in 2 monthly payments, whatever works best for your family.

Any other questions?

Email me at [email protected], I'd love to help.

Whether you're bracing for the “4-month regression”, right in the middle of it, or it happened a while ago and sleep never quite found its way back, this course is for you.

Your baby's sleep won't go back to the way it was. But it can get better, gently, and I'll show you how.
